PictureOverview ist a program to make an overview of pictures of a directory. Its like PhotoFolio but much faster. Some Functions are not inbuild but i dont know for what they are anyway. PhotoFolio was a great Programm, the best what i could find, but it crashes with some special Files in the Dirs, with too many pictures open, has very slow sorting, has problems with WarpOS - display errors sometimes crashes and a not optimal represantation. Because of that i wrote PictureOverview. Features: -More then twice fast loading compared to PF -Fast sorting (None, Name, Size and Date is possible) -Realtime sorting -Soft Scrolling, in the Trumbs and the Pictures -Copy/Move/Delete/Rename Files -Show Filename/Filedate/Filesize/Filecomment/Proportions under Information -3 Free selectable Textlines under the Trumbnails with the named propertys -Display of Pictures, Auto Scaling to Screensize, full size, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 -Mousewheel support -Saving of Trumbnails in one File to load the directory very fast next Time. -Can show up to 97 Pictures at once. -Can open pictures with more than 32 chars Filename lenght -Rotating of pictures -Saving of pictures in jpeg format -Exif and Jpeg Comment support Some Benchmarks: Because PhotoFolio requires very long for sorting the Trumbnails the follow would be more slower, but i compared only the loading of the Pictures. Just one example for the 1st Benchmark PF would require 13:44 vs. 04:55. PictureOverview require less than a second to sort 2260 pictures. PictureOverview ist ein Programm um eine Übersicht von Bildern in einem Verzeichniss zu erstellen. Es ist PhotoFolio sehr ähnlich nur viel schneller, hat aber einige Funktionen, wovon ich nicht weiss wozu die gut sein sollen weniger. PhotoFolio ist ein gutes Programm das beste was ich finden konnte, nur es stürzt ab bei bestimmen Dateien in den Verzeichnissen, bei zuviel geöffneten Bildern, hat Fehler mit WarpOS in der darstellung, ggf. abstüze und eine nicht optimale darstellung, extrem langsame sortierung etc. Deshalb schrieb ich PictureOverview. Es bietet: -Mehr als doppelt so schnelles laden -Schnelle sortierung (Keine, Name, Größe und Datum sind möglich) -Echzeitsortierung -Sanftes Scrolling sowohl in den Trumbnails als auch den Bildern -Kopieren/Verschieben/Löschen/Umbennen von Bildern -Anzeigen von Dateiname/Dateidatum/Dateigröße/Dateikommentar/Abmessungen unter Informationen -3 Frei wählbare zeilen unter den Trumbnails mit ebend genannten Eigenschaften. -Anzeigen von Bildern, Automatische Scalierung auf Bildschirmgröße, Volle größe, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 -Maus Scrollrad unterstützung -Speichern von Trumbnails in einer Datei zum sehr schnellen laden. -Anzeigen von bis zu 97 Bildern auf einmal -Kann Bilder mit einer Dateinamenlänge von über 32 Zeichen öffnen -Rotieren von Bildern -Speichern von Bildern im Jpeg format -Exif und Jpeg Kommentar unterstützung Vergleiche: Da PhotoFolio sehr sehr lange für z.B. eine Alphabetische Sortierung der Trumpnails braucht wären es noch deutlich langsamer, hier wird nur das Laden der Bilder verglichen. Um das zu verdeutlichen beim 1.Test wäre die dauer bei PF: 13:44 incl. sortieren vs. 4 Minuten 55 Sekunden PictureOverview benötigt um 2260 Bilder nach Namen zu sortieren <1 Sekunde.
